He&#8217;s the man who made Gordon Ramsay and a couple of local chefs cry, well almost. Here he talks to chefs at the Googleplex and I should warn you its 47 minutes long. It&#8217;s from last year but worth a revisit, especially for his Knorr stock cube seasoning tip.</p>
